Healthy Weight Week

Running from 15 to 21 February is the Dietitians Association of Australia’s Healthy Weight Week. In our January newsletter we introduced you to a new way to set SMART goals (if you missed your copy, please request one at reception). With Healthy Weight Week upon us it is a great opportunity to put those goals into action.
