Reception Services

Our team of friendly receptionists, Hannah, Amanda and Fiona are always happy to help you with any questions you may have about the practice, billing, appointments, services etc.

If you require health advice, please inform them at the beginning of your call and they can put you through to one of our Practice Nurses to answer any questions, or advise you to see one of our doctors.

If our nurses are busy at the time of your call, and the matter is non urgent, you can leave a contact name and phone number and one of our nurses will be happy to call you back.

If you have no transport we will pick you up, and after seeing your doctor, take you home again for only $10.00.
