Recall System

Here at the Hub we offer a recall system for patients, for pap smears, immunisations, chronic disease management and health assessments.

You will be offered the choice of being enrolled in our recall system at the time of your first consultation. These recalls are an invaluable tool in promoting good health and screening for potential health problems.

If you do not wish to be included in our recall system, please let our receptionists know.
