Management Plans

All patients who have a chronic health disease are eligible for a specially designed management plan, designed by your GP to help reduce identified health risks.

This may involve other allied health specialists such as dietitians, podiatrists, physiotherapists, diabetes educators and psychologists. All these plans are bulk billed under Medicare.
