Appointments

Appointments are essential. We have a 15 minute appointment booking system. If you require a longer appointment, please inform the receptionist when making your appointment. Unless it is an emergency, it may be necessary to make another appointment to be able to deal with all the issues, you may have.

We do try to run on time but this is not always possible and we apologise for any delay. We encourage patients to ring ahead of their appointment to see how their doctor is running, as we understand your time is important.

Please advise the receptionist if more than one person in your family need to be seen, as more than one appointment time will be required for this at the time of booking.

Other services that require a longer appointment include, complete medical checkups, insurance exams, pre-employment medicals, drivers licence exams and surgical procedures. Please advise at the time of making the appointment which of the above you need performed.
